Today I visited One Buc Place to watch Buccaneers Training Camp.
I have posted the following videos for you all to watch. Here are my take aways from the practice
- The offense looked like it was in sync for being so early in Training Camp (first practice in full pads)
- Mike Evans had some drops again, I think it’s mostly mental at this point
- When practice was over Winston stayed on the field for about an extra 15-20 minutes throwing deep routes to recievers
- The defense was all over the ball, reminded me of the Bucs defense from the early 2000s always swarming to the ball
- The only INT Winston threw was a tipped ball on a catchable pass
- Andre Davis, from USF, had one of the best catches at practice. (one handed, in between two defenders)
- Doug Martin showed some amazing speed and cuts
- Russell Hansbrough, Rookie RB from Missouri, was the gem of the day. He made clean, crisp cuts and amazing speed
- Roberto Aguayo missed 2 FGs during practice, one off the upright and one just barely wide. He also hit a 55 yard FG with ease
